Stafford Scholarship |
The Glenn and Dorothy Stafford Scholarship assists a
nurse who seeks answers to clinical questions and changes his or her
practice based on evidence. Stafford projects:
• Involve research, quality
improvement or evidence based practice.
• Impact clinical, operational, or fiscal
outcomes.
Katie will look in the Harrisburg area for
"hot spots" of patients who have frequent hospital readmissions for heart
failure. She will plan interventions at the community level to prevent these
readmissions and decrease health care cost for these patients. |
